Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years in gaming financial operations.
• 3–5 years supervising gaming finance teams.
• Experience with automated accounting environments.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all cage and related activities.
• Direct soft count and pull team operations.
• Oversee gaming and non-gaming revenue audit function.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission and Title 31/IRS rules.
• Coordinate daily and monthly revenue reporting.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff within the department.
• Communicate with management on operational and staffing issues.
• Interact with IT to ensure finance systems provide required information.
