Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with TMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Carrier sourcing and relationship management with onboarding of new carriers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to secure cost-effective transportation while maintaining service quality.
• Load coverage and execution to match capacity with high-volume customer freight.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless load execution and on-time delivery.
• Use TMS and other digital tools to manage load activity and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a carrier sales team to achieve performance goals and provide development.
