Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Manager, Captive Consulting to lead the captive consulting practice, directing engagement delivery, team development, and growth of the practice. As a senior strategic advisor, you will guide the firm's most complex captive relationships, shaping strategy and expanding capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in captive consulting, risk management, or alternative risk financing, including experience leading teams.
• Designations such as ARM, CPCU, CCM preferred.
• Travel may be required to client sites, captive domiciles, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops a team of captive consultants and senior captives.
• Oversees feasibility studies, formation projects, and ongoing program reviews.
• Drives growth by identifying new business opportunities and leading proposals.
• Represents the practice in industry associations, events, and thought leadership.
• Partners with firm leadership on resourcing, budget, and strategic priorities.
