Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Construction, Business Administration) required.
• Strong financial acumen and capital budgeting experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-site capital projects.
• PMP and PROSCI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and drive end-to-end capital projects for asset management.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, governance, and reporting.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and keep leadership informed.
