Impact Recruitment partnered firm seeks a professional engineer to manage municipal CIP programs and SPLOST design/construction in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate design, cost estimation, bid documents, and contract administration with city staff and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a PE license, GDOT PDP experience, and strong communication skills, with a priority for local familiarity with the Atlanta region. Competitive benefits offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years experience managing surveying and civil design services contracts, construction contracts, project estimating, and field inspections.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• GDOT Locally Administered Project (LAP) certification required.
• Experience managing projects through the GDOT plan development process (PDP).
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor CIP/SPLOST project design/construction.
• Coordinate programming processes including project prioritization, definition, and scope.
• Prepare cost estimates, bid documents, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with codes, laws, regulations, and standards.
• Represent the department in meetings and with external organizations.
