Benesch is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Engineer for Georgia activities. The role focuses on roadway, drainage, parks, and water resources design for cities and counties. You will work in a collaborative team, gain hands‑on responsibility, and develop leadership as the team expands in Georgia.

The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering and 4+ years of municipal project experience, with a GA PE license preferred or pursued. Hybrid work in Atlanta or Augusta is available.

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of municipal project experience (stormwater, water distribution, and sanitary sewers).
• GA PE license preferred or licensure pursued quickly.
• Demonstrated creativity and judgment in engineering applications.
• Proficiency with engineering software.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience with ESRI ArcMap GIS and/or hydraulic water modeling is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver municipal infrastructure projects for local communities.
• Support decisions with hydraulic and budget analyses to provide data-driven input.
• Advance project designs from concept through completion.
• Produce and refine layouts linking project elements to design intent.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure constructible designs.
• Align design work with specifications, cost estimates, and pay applications for accurate delivery.
• Take ownership of design files andSupport QC review processes.
