• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, architecture, construction management, construction administration, or related field with three years of experience in project coordination or admin management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages capital improvement projects, including planning, bidding and construction administration.
• Monitors budgets and tracks project costs within the scope of work.
• Prepares construction specifications, bid documents, contracts, and change orders.
• Enters approved payment applications into the city’s ERP system and prepares financial reports.
• Maintains CIP project data, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with City, State, and Federal requirements.
