Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects across facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and construction initiatives. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with program goals.

Travel to client sites may be required. The ideal candidate has a 4–9 year track record in regulated environments and a related technical degree, with PMP/CAPM certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related technical field preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of capital projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and client expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across assigned capital initiatives.
• Oversee project execution including design coordination, procurement activities, construction oversight, and commissioning support.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring impacts are documented and communicated.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely decisions.
