Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects while establishing and advancing project governance, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and portfolio management practices.

This role is responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, executive decision-making, and performance management across multiple workstreams and project teams.

Formación

• 8–14 years of experience in project management or project engineering in industrial sectors.
• Experience managing major capital projects from design through handover.
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary contractors across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in operating facilities and commissioning turnover.
• Strong communication with client stakeholders and executive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement project governance frameworks and operating models.
• Establish portfolio management processes and performance measurement systems.
• Lead governance meetings and executive reviews; manage risks and decisions.
• Coordinate with client leadership to align delivery with business priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness to improve delivery and collaboration.
• Create executive communications, dashboards, and leadership reports.
