The role requires strong engineering and project management expertise, with hands-on manufacturing experience to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while minimizing disruption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in engineering, project management, or manufacturing leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects in manufacturing environments.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, construction management, and equipment procurement knowledge.
• Experience with AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Aufgaben

• Develop long-term capital improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead full lifecycle of capital projects from scope and budgeting through commissioning and startup.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across corrugated box plants, sheet plants, and support facilities.
• Prepare capital appropriation requests, cost justifications, and ROI analyses.
• Coordinate engineering firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee equipment installation projects including corrugators, flexo folder gluers, rotary die cutters, and automation systems.
