Hood Container Corporation seeks a Capital Projects Manager to lead planning, execution, and startup of strategic capital investments across our corrugated manufacturing operations. You will manage projects from concept through startup, including installations, expansions, automation, and infrastructure improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering, project management, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects in manufacturing environments.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with AutoCAD and project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital projects from scope through commissioning and startup.
• Coordinate budgeting, cost control, and ROI analyses.
• Manage multiple projects across corrugated plants and support facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering firms, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Support process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate project startup, training, and sustained results.
• Provide status updates to executive leadership.
