Accelera Staffing is seeking a Strategic Capital Projects Manager to serve as the primary contact for high-value accounts, guiding the full lifecycle of complex industrial equipment projects from order to commissioning.

You will drive operational excellence by coordinating cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into actionable plans, and maintaining rigorous project reporting for stakeholders. Travel up to 50% within North America is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing large capital equipment projects.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and mechanical/electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end execution of capital equipment projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule and within scope.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal engineering, sales, and field service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project reporting to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into status, risks, and performance metrics.
• Translate complex technical specifications and engineering drawings into actionable project plans for internal and external partners.
• Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
• Manage project documentation and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and client requirements throughout the delivery process.
