Job summary

You will analyze proposals, contracts, and system definitions, collaborating with engineering, planning, and production to ensure scope, schedule, and cost alignment. Strong SAP/SolidWorks experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with at least 2 years.
• Experience managing complex capital equipment projects across multiple departments.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, evolving environment with shifting resources and timelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and SolidWorks CAD familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineered-to-Order project timelines with engineering and planning teams.
• Coordinate material releases using just-in-time methodologies.
• Verify customer specifications with product marketing and flag discrepancies early.
• Distribute regular status reports to stakeholders including management and clients.
• Support customer source inspections and close action items to ensure delivery readiness.
• Finalize documentation for shipping and lead cross-functional project meetings.
• Manage equipment transport logistics with shipping to meet specs and docs.
