Job summary

Accelera Staffing seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in analysis, design, and management of resilient electrical infrastructure for large-scale industrial settings. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required plus PE license.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and design principles.
Experience with leading cross-functional teams on high-stakes engineering projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical design scope for projects from under $5M to multi-million-dollar capital investments.
Manage project schedules for drafting and design staff to meet milestones.
Own the full technical lifecycle of electrical systems to ensure high-performance outcomes.
Maintain rigorous design standards and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance.
