Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team supporting capital investments across North America, focusing on material handling equipment and facility upkeep. You will oversee budgeting, forecast, and investments with executive leadership, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include asset-tracking modernization, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration with site leaders and Finance to align with strategic priorities and ROI objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree desired.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America.
• Strong capital budgeting, spend management, forecasting, and business case development.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of project managers supporting North American operations with $50M–$70M annual capital spend across MHE and facility projects.
• Develops and drives MHE and facility capital strategy and lifecycle planning.
• Partners with site leaders to assess facility conditions and plan upkeep and improvements.
• Leads asset-tracking modernization and data quality improvements.
• Oversees project scope, planning, and budgets to deliver on time and within budgets.
• Develops a three- to five-year capital plan and leads annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Presents business cases and funding requests to executive leadership for approvals.
• Evaluates suppliers and manages relationships to control costs and ensure quality.
