Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years client-facing experience in technology, payments, financial services, or management consulting.
• Proven track record creating outbound pipeline and acquiring new customers.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally with enterprise customers or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by acquiring new marketplace and platform customers.
• Lead outbound prospecting, build qualified pipeline, and develop opportunities from outreach through contract.
• Identify signals indicating a strong fit for Capital and tailor account strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to lead strategic deals from outreach to activation.
• Develop relationships across executives, product, finance, legal, and procurement to move opportunities forward.
