GSK is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive capital project strategies for engineering and construction across the United States, with a primary focus on the Marietta, PA site.

You will collaborate with engineering, project teams, and suppliers to deliver competitive terms, manage risks, and ensure on-time project delivery within budget. The role requires strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including category management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience supporting large and/or complex capital construction projects with knowledge of engineering and construction procurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement and contracting strategies for engineering and construction services, focusing on the Marietta, PA project.
• Support procurement strategies for other U.S. capital construction projects as required.
• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies aligned with project objectives, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and risk targets.
• Partner with engineering, project leadership, and stakeholders to ensure procurement is integrated into planning and execution.
• Lead complex sourcing activities and negotiations to secure terms and manage contractor/supplier performance.
• Establish strong supplier relationships and drive contract and performance management throughout execution.
• Oversee contract compliance and address commercial, contractual, and supplier performance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement via benchmarking, supplier optimization, and use of fit-for-purpose contracting.
