You will align locally with site leadership and global category teams to deliver value, cost reductions and reliable supply.

The role requires 5–8 years of procurement experience in regulated environments, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and the ability to manage a matrix team across multiple suppliers

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories
• Knowledge of procurement tools and contracting fundamentals
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; fluent English
• Experience with risk management and contracting in regulated environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Site procurement function across Directs, Manufacturing Indirects, and Capex
• Develop and manage the Site supply base to ensure supply, quality, service, and cost targets
• Implement global procurement processes locally and ensure compliance
• Balance stakeholder expectations and align local strategies with global category plans
• Drive risk management and use tools like RIV and VMI for mitigation
• Coordinate cross-functional activities within a matrix organization
• Negotiate contracts for specific categories as needed
