GSK is seeking a Procurement Manager – Site (SPM) to partner with the local Site team in Marietta, PA, driving procurement delivery, implementing sourcing strategies, and ensuring adherence to policies. • 5-8 years of operational Procurement experience across multiple categories of spend; regulated environments a plus.
• Demonstrated team leadership and ability to motivate colleagues and drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement long- and short-term procurement plans for the Site.
• Provide leadership in implementing new procurement processes.
• Manage relationships with Site stakeholders and Global Category teams to deliver value.
• Develop and manage supplier base to meet quality, regulatory, service, and cost goals.
• Lead and motivate local buyers toward best practices and operational excellence.
• Negotiate contracts for specific categories and monitor compliance with policies.
