Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated above.
• 5+ years of procurement experience with category management and sourcing.
• Experience supporting large capital construction projects (engineering/construction).
• Strong commercial acumen; ability to evaluate bids, contracts and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contracting strategies for engineering and construction services, focused on Marietta, PA.
• Support procurement strategies for other U.S. capital projects.
• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies aligned with schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Partner with engineering, project leadership, and suppliers to integrate procurement into planning.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure terms and manage supplier performance and risk.
• Drive supplier relationships and contract compliance throughout project execution.
• Address commercial and contractual issues and pursue continuous improvement.
