Form Energy is hiring a Senior Staff Strategic Capacity Planner to shape long-range production planning across 6 months to 5 years. You will model scenarios, own the build planning software, and drive AI-driven improvements while collaborating with Programs, Design, and Production Planning teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 8+ years in strategic capacity planning or SIOP in manufacturing.
• Experience integrating AI into planning workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and own the company-level strategic build plan 6 months to 5 years.
• Run scenario analyses and translate into detailed operational plans.
• Own and architect internal build planning software and AI enhancements.
• Collaborate with Programs, Design, and Production Planning teams; brief executives.
