Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, California seeks a Senior Capacity Planner to own and evolve capacity planning across multiple value streams, aligning equipment, labor and facilities with SIOP demand signals and business goals.

You will develop enterprise-level models, run multi-scenario analyses, and guide cross-functional teams through ramp, NPI, and industrialization, driving throughput, service levels, and margin improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master’s.
• Experience with finite capacity planning in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, modeling and data-visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve enterprise-level finite capacity models.
• Translate SIOP/MPS outputs into constrained production plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive debottlenecking and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Lead capacity reviews and governance across planning horizons.
