3–5 years in IT infrastructure or service management with emphasis on performance analysis and capacity planning.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Current secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain an ITIL-based capacity management framework across business, service, and component views.
Collect and analyze utilization and performance metrics from servers, storage, networks, and databases.
Build capacity forecasts and what-if models to recommend scaling strategies and optimizations.
Produce capacity and performance reports and dashboards for leadership and service owners.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations to incorporate capacity in solution designs and release planning.
Lead capacity optimization initiatives like rightsizing, consolidation, virtualization, and cloud elasticity.
Integrate capacity management with incident, problem, and change processes for long-term remediation.
