Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field applicable to the role.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure or service management experience focusing on performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated knowledge of capacity management with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across architecture, operations, and business functions.
• Current secret security clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain an ITIL-based capacity management framework across business, service, and component views.
• Collect and analyze utilization metrics from servers, storage, networks, databases, and virtualization to detect bottlenecks.
• Build capacity forecasts and what-if models using historical trends and planned projects.
• Produce regular capacity and performance reports and dashboards for leadership and service owners.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations to integrate capacity into designs and release plans.
• Lead capacity optimization initiatives such as rightsizing, consolidation, and cloud elasticity.
• Integrate capacity management with incident, problem, and change processes for long-term remediation.
