Job summary

Texas Capital is seeking a Capacity & Forecasting Analyst in Richardson, TX to develop forecasts, capacity models, and workforce analytics that guide staffing, budgeting, and service levels. You will partner with leaders to anticipate demand, quantify capacity gaps, and deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize staffing and operations across Banking Operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in forecasting and workforce analytics, with strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large operational teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for operational volumes across units.
• Build capacity models to determine staffing based on forecasts and service levels.
• Analyze workforce utilization, productivity, and workload distribution.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for management.
• Support governance and standardization of forecasting and capacity planning.
