Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Richardson, TX is seeking a Capacity & Forecasting Analyst to develop and maintain volume forecasts, staffing models, and productivity dashboards across Banking Operations.

You will partner with operational leaders to forecast demand, identify capacity gaps, and recommend staffing strategies to support growth and customer service targets. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required; SQL/Python preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of analytics experience.
• Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce analytics in a banking/financial services setting preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills required; SQL/Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for operational volumes.
• Build capacity models to determine staffing requirements and compare against service levels.
• Analyze workforce utilization, productivity, and throughput to identify improvements.
• Create dashboards and scorecards; present insights to management.
