Texas Capital is seeking a Capacity & Forecasting Analyst to develop forecasts, capacity models, and workforce analytics across Banking Operations. This role partners with operational leaders to provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, budgeting, and service level management.
You will monitor trends, identify capacity constraints, and recommend staffing strategies to support growth while preserving efficiency and customer service standards.

This role serves as a key partner to operational leaders by providing data-driven insights that support workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and service level management.
The analyst will monitor business trends, forecast future demand, identify capacity constraints, and recommend solutions that optimize staffing levels while maintaining operational efficiency and customer service standards.
