Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events across all three college campuses.
• Establish event-specific task teams with campus staff and college partners.
• Create and maintain records of event details in the team’s event management system.
• Gather client details related to event timelines, production schedules, and logistics.
• Define scope, goals, audience, and success measures for each event.
• Oversee event room selection, layouts, catering, audiovisual needs, and on-site execution.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with institutional priorities across all events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
