Job summary

Front Range Community College (FRCC) is seeking an Admissions Representative for the Westminster Campus. You will educate prospective students about FRCC’s programs, guide them from inquiry to enrollment, and manage a caseload across multiple recruitment activities.

The role emphasizes building relationships with high schools and community partners, coordinating campus events, and providing frontline guidance through the admissions process.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and two (2) years demonstrated experience in admissions, recruitment, retention or a combination of experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience with enrollment services in admissions, recruitment, and retention
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
• Experience planning and organizing events

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with area high schools, community organizations, prospective students and their families to promote FRCC.
• Manage a caseload of prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Assist students with the enrollment process, including admissions applications, advising, financial aid and payments.
• Travel frequently to local area agencies, events, and other campuses.
• Organize and conduct recruiting events including Open Houses and campus tours.
