Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced construction leader to drive education/institutional projects in Los Angeles. The role covers project development, planning, budgeting, and procurement across classrooms, labs, libraries, and residence halls, coordinating with architects, campus planners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in education construction, proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and BIM, and a track record with CM-at-Risk or Design-Build methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in education/institutional construction leadership.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6/MS Project, Procore, and BIM workflows.
• Experience with CM-at-Risk and Design-Build delivery methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: PMP or CCM certification, LEED accreditation, OSHA-30.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, pre-construction planning, and budgeting.
• Manage procurement, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee schedule, cost control, and risk management.
• Direct construction execution, QA/QC, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across facilities, academics, and operations.
• Ensure timely closeout, turnover, and warranty tracking.
