Job summary

STV Incorporated in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Program Manager within the Construction Manager Group to oversee, coordinate and manage all facets of program planning, engineering, construction and closeout.

You will lead a team of program managers, manage budgets, schedules, funding allocations, and stakeholder communications, and drive value engineering, grant management, and policy development across projects and subprograms.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of full-time program and project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple education or public agency programs is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management; substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Managers overseeing all aspects of planning and development.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, funding allocations and grants management.
• Provide executive reports to stakeholders and manage program closeout.
• Guide funding strategies and value engineering to address cost overruns.
• Develop policies and procedures for Construction Programs and updates to guidelines.
