Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, or project management tool administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Marcomms operations inquiries and cross-departmental prioritization conflicts.
• Project manage and facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration to resolve day-to-day conflicts.
• Build and maintain workback timelines and scheduling systems for campaigns and initiatives, monitoring milestones from kickoff to launch.
