Vantor is seeking a Marketing Specialist to translate business priorities into integrated campaigns targeting government and commercial audiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience planning and executing integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns with defined audiences and metrics.
• Ability to develop clear campaign briefs and translate priorities into coordinated activities.
• Strong cross-functional project-management skills and budget/timeline management.
• Knowledge of demand-generation, lead lifecycle, and sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into integrated, audience-specific campaigns for government and commercial audiences.
• Develop campaign briefs defining audience, needs, use case, product, and success measures.
• Coordinate execution across Content, Creative, Product Marketing, PR, Digital, Events, Partners, Sales and BD teams.
• Maintain campaign calendars, approvals, budgets, and vendor support as needed.
• Establish conversion paths, lead follow-up plans, and ROI measurement for each campaign.
• Partner with Sales/BD/SD teams to align lead capture, routing, nurturing and follow-up.
• Coordinate CRM, marketing automation, ABM data requirements and dashboards.
• Track engagement, opportunities, pipeline, revenue and share insights with stakeholders.
• Use data to refine targeting, messaging, channels, and investment across campaigns.
