Job summary

You will expedite when needed, enter POs, and maintain supplier documentation in Ops Manager and Baan. The role emphasizes working capital management, on-time delivery, and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business experience with purchasing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• 2–3 years of SAP experience with EDI integration.

Responsibilities

• Purchase direct material from project BOMs and align with SCM strategy.
• Communicate material delivery timing and payment terms with internal teams.
• Expedite materials when needed and enter POs in purchasing systems.
• Maintain supplier documentation in Ops Manager and Baan.
• Resolve discrepancies in supplier invoices and packing slips.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
• Support working capital goals and improve supplier on-time delivery.
• Foster positive supplier relationships and share best practices.
