Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement and planning processes to support manufacturing operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or medical device production environments; familiarity with ERP systems for purchasing, planning, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and plan materials, components, supplies, services, and finished goods to support production requirements.
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and production schedules to determine material requirements and replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain procurement and planning schedules to ensure material availability and continuity of supply.
• Evaluate pricing, supplier capabilities, and delivery performance to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, warehouse, and cross-functional partners to resolve material shortages and scheduling issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate to address quality, delivery, and capacity concerns.
• Track market and pricing trends to support procurement strategy and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain planning and procurement data within enterprise systems and support inventory management objectives.
