Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience considered.
Experience with ERP and planning systems to support operations.

Responsibilities

Lead production planning and capacity strategies to support growth and supply continuity.
Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and production data to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop and execute master production schedules balancing demand and resources.
Drive cross-functional decision-making with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and Demand Planning.
Identify vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans for material shortages and capacity changes.
Improve planning processes, forecasting, scheduling, and inventory performance.
Manage planning processes and master data within SAP and Blue Yonder.
