Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience cross‑functional with operations, engineering, suppliers, and other partners.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or medical device production environments.
• Experience with materials requirements planning and inventory optimization.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for planning and procurement decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and plan materials, components, supplies, services, and finished goods to support production requirements.
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and production schedules to determine material requirements and replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain procurement and planning schedules to ensure material availability and continuity of supply.
• Evaluate pricing, supplier capabilities, and delivery performance to support cost‑effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, warehouse, and cross‑functional partners to resolve shortages and scheduling issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality, delivery, and capacity concerns.
• Track market and pricing trends to support procurement strategy and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain planning and procurement data within enterprise systems and support inventory management objectives.
