Job summary

KYOCERA SENCO is seeking a Buyer/Purchasing Agent in Cincinnati, OH to manage procurement of materials and goods. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and aligning with the supply chain team to ensure on-time availability.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with MRP systems; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent purchasing experience is preferred. The role is full-time, on-site with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in purchasing or related field.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing supplier performance.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase finished goods from external suppliers, international and domestic.
• Negotiate price, lead times, packaging and terms with suppliers with the team and leadership.
• Coordinate container deliveries between shipping company and receiving team.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers for delivery dates and forecast-driven changes.
