Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; ERP experience preferred (Oracle/Visual).
• CPIM certification preferred; Lean/CI experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Issue POs daily in response to demand signals (Kanban, MRP, Min/Max).
• Expedite deliveries to ensure on‑time production.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify alternative materials when needed.
• Maintain supplier relations and analyze demand history for negotiations.
• Manage inventory levels and seasonally adjust purchase volumes.
