Job summary

Via Seating is seeking a detail-driven Buyer to support our Purchasing Manager and VP of Supply Chain in executing procurement strategies. You will optimize inventory, analyze demand trends, and ensure materials are available for production in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role is in Sparks, NV, primarily in-office with potential for hybrid work. A strong Excel skillset, ERP/MRP experience, and data-driven mindset are essential for achieving continuous improvement and cost-efficient

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and purchase materials based on demand, usage trends, and supply chain conditions.
• Monitor and reconcile shipping documents, update due dates, and communicate delays.
• Build and enhance Excel-based tools, reports, and trackers to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing new systems, reports, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production and operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies.
