Kimball Electronics seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst Manager to lead a team responsible for enterprise business systems, process improvements, and technology solutions that drive growth. This role acts as a key liaison between business and IT, aligning technology with organizational goals and delivering measurable value.

The manager will lead cross-functional projects, develop roadmaps, mentor analysts, and ensure systems modernization across business units with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, technology, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in business systems analysis or enterprise app management.
• Previous leadership experience mentoring analysts and project teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise processes.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management, process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
• Drive standardization of processes and enterprise solutions across units.
• Lead system implementation and enhancements from planning to deployment.
• Support project plans, timelines, risks, and metrics.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Support evaluation and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Establish testing, governance, and solution quality standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Foster continuous improvement and customer-focused collaboration.
