Busey Bank in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead crucial technology-driven processes that underpin operations, client experiences, risk management, and scalable growth. You will partner with vendors, business lines, and enterprise stakeholders to align system capabilities with strategic priorities and drive successful adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or related area.
4-6 years of senior technology operations or senior infrastructure support experience.
4 years of experience with core banking solutions such as Jack Henry or FIS.
Preferred 3+ years with core banking, integration, or digital solutions such as jXchange, 4|sight, Q2 Digital Banking, Synergy, Teller Capture, Centrix, Terafina, or Verafin.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems, including enhancements, releases, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
Maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting on system uptime, defect trends, backlog, release readiness, and service quality.
Coordinate integrations across internal and external platforms, data flows, APIs, vendor systems, and enterprise services.
Plan and oversee testing processes to ensure deliverables meet quality, control, and implementation standards.
Recruit, develop, and retain skilled talent to execute the technology strategy and support corporate initiatives.
Build partnerships with functional leaders to deliver systems and applications that create value.
