Socket.dev is seeking a Business Analyst to drive full lifecycle system development efforts across diverse projects. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, document workflows, and coordinate with clients, designers, and engineers.

You will identify user stories, define success metrics, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and technical requirements.
• Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverables.
• Review the requirements with stakeholders for approval.
• Meet with stakeholders from every business unit impacted by the project to ensure alignment.
• Identify the target audience for each requirement for end-user testing.
• Specify success metrics for each requirement.
• Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination.
• Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
• Work with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to build applications to spec and on time.
• Leverage visuals to articulate documented requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
