Responsibilities

• Leads complex projects developing and implementing solutions across departments and systems.
• Evaluates business objectives to determine cross-functional system solutions.
• Oversees creation of process models, UI mockups, prototypes and test conditions.
• Develops clear communications and documentation for stakeholders and management.
• Builds business cases and cost/benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
• Coordinates priorities with department heads and tracks progress for officials.
• Uses Agile, Waterfall, and other PM methods to deliver solutions.
• Negotiates viable technical and priority resolutions.
• May supervise staff and lead project teams.
