Responsibilities

Lead client requirements sessions to define needs, processes and technical specs.
Translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories.
Partner with product owners and delivery teams to manage backlogs and roadmaps.
Drive test strategy, UAT facilitation, and go-live readiness for delivered solutions.
Guide clients on automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven improvements.
