Qualifications

• University/college degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred.
• In lieu of degree, a comparable mix of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT and business management solutions for cross-functional applications.
• Identify, evaluate, and configure systems that meet business requirements.
• Monitor client experiences and optimize system productivity as needed.
• Deliver senior-level consulting on process improvements to enhance business results.
