Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications are often desired; CBAP preferred.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT and business management solutions across cross-functional applications.
• Identifies, evaluates, and configures systems that meet business requirements in a cost-effective way.
• Monitors client experiences and improves system productivity as needed.
• Provides senior-level consulting to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients' requirements and refines existing system logic.
