Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience; university degree typically required.
• CBAP certification preferred; certifications desired where applicable.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements and workflows.
• Translate business needs into actionable system requirements while considering data and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with downstream systems.
• Act as liaison between business users, product owners, and delivery teams to drive alignment.
• Facilitate sessions and reviews to validate understanding and priorities.
