PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within the Asset Management Group. The role supports requirements analysis, documentation, and collaboration across business and technology teams in multiple U.S.

locations including Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, and others. You will elicit business needs, translate them into system requirements, validate designs, and help align solutions with enterprise standards.

Formación

• Requires university/college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certs, and experience may be considered.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
• Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.
