PNC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Consultant to join the Asset Management Group in multiple U.S. locations including Birmingham, Strongsville, Denver, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, or Dallas.

The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements, translate needs into system specifications, and support design within enterprise standards. Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CBAP certification preferred.
• Strong business systems analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
• Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
